Yes, international students can pay tuition fee in installments. The student just needs to enroll themselves in the tuition payment plan via MyUCalgary Student Centre. This plan helps students to divide tuition fee in three equal installments (min CAD 500 outstanding term balance required).

The students who are interested in getting into TAMU for MS courses can apply via GraduateCAS. The base application fee is USD 90 that is INR 8.61 K and foe engineering courses it is USD 149 that is roughly INR 14.15 K.
