Hi Harish, Masters programs in Canada typically require applicants to have high academic standing more than 75% and above. You need to check the university specific admission requirements, you will see most of them requires a minimum GPA of 3.0 (B average) in the last 60 credit hours of study or last two years of your UG degree. You may still check Concordia University, University of Saskatchewan and University of Windsor.

Hi Aditya, some information which should be helpful
Eligibility - to pursue MS in USA applicants must hold a four year bachelor's degree or its equivalent and take the GRE and TOEFL to be considered for admissions. Different universities have different requirements.
Fee - Fee may range from Rs.15 to Rs. 30 lacs a year. You must also consider additional living expenses.
