It will be very difficult to get loan from Public Sector Banks for study abroad without surety. This facility is available for top 20 B-Schools of India. If you have issue of money, you can full fill your dream of MS abroad by going to a German University. Fees in German Universities is very low. You can work on student visa for 20 hours a week to pay for your living expenses.

Hello Deepak,
Usually banks provide loan up to 7.5 lakhs with collateral. But, there are few banks like HDFC Credila and Avanse which provides more loan without collateral.

Both the countries have a great prospect for mechanical and automobile engineering. Germany is good for Civil Engineering where as Canada is good for Gas & Petroleum engineering, but in Germany, German language proficiency is also important.
