You might be able to get into few good universities under certain conditions with an IELTS score of 5, if your profile is too good. But remember, VISA will definitely be rejected as they ask for a minimum of 6 in IELTS. Also as per the new regulations, if you get a conditional admit due to English proficiency then the program of study in your i20 will be mentioned as English course rather than computer science, which might affect you while availing the loan.
I would suggest you to retake IELTS and score 6.5 and above with no band less than 6.
All the best!

Please specify the desired country in which you wish to pursue Masters.
If you are looking for US, then definitely you have a good chance if you score 310+ in GRE and 100+ in TOEFL
It is almost impossible to pursue Masters in Canadian universities with this profile as they mainly look for backlogs.
You can try for Australian universities.
All the best.

Applicants are generally required to clear IELTS or TOEFL, depending on the language of instruction applicants might be required to have German language proficiency. If your overall grades are average, then you must consider taking the GRE, but it is not mandatory. Please note that admissions in Germany are very competitive and outstanding academic profiles are deemed fit.
I hope it helps.

International applicants are usually asked to take IELTS or TOEFL for English language proficiency. Depending on the university requirements additional entrance test may be required, which would be program or department specific. You need to check the university websites for additional requirements.
All the best.
