Hi Vipul, what you heard is wrong. Canadian universities do offer MBA and MS, in fact the country houses some of the best b-schools and universities for MS. Hope this helped.

It is not mandatory to know German to study MS in German Universities. But it is a necessity. You may chose universities conducting MS for international students. You will require german language knowledge for day to day interaction with locals. If medium of instructions in MS is German you need Advance German.
