You haven't done MBBS or BDS. So you aren't eligible for appearing MD MS examination. As you have done B.Sc, you can go for M.Sc.

For good universities, master's requires 80% or more. You either need to have 4 years Bachelor's or be in first years of master's to apply abroad. GRE + TOEFL/IELTS are also required for international applicants.

There are many good colleges in Canada from where you can pursue MS in Civil engineering. Some of the very good colleges are listed on below link :

You can apply to New Zealand as the country is not very fond of only academic performance. You can also apply to Atlantic Canada colleges as these are not very demanding in terms of academics
