Not all universities ask for GRE and work experience, so, you may apply with IELTS band 7 or TOEFL with good percentage (above 75) in Canada.

If you completed your all subjects within four year there is not any issue regarding admission however if you spend more than four year they may asked the reason.

No doubt Iiitian get good salary but if you completed your MS from world class Universities than definitely you will get higher salary.
