M.S in Pharmacy can be pursued from University of Waterloo, Dalhousie University, University of Alberta, Memorial University of Newfoundland and University of Toronto.General admission requirements include exceptional TOEFL or IELTS scores, strong academics with a minimum average of B+ in the undergraduate courses, resume, statement of purpose, letters of recommendation, GRE (as per the University requirements), and financial documents supporting the entire cost of the student's education and accommodation in Canada during his study period.The degree includes a thesis-based or research-intensive coursework program coupled with an internship period followed by an examination meted out by Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada (PEBC).Funding is generally available in the form of scholarships, assistantships and awards. The tuition fee for it is between 15k to 30 k dollars depending on the university you choose.

M.Tech in India is course based. U give exams in ur first year of M.Tech and need to earn the required credits. In ur 2nd year,u have to undertake a project & when u finally present it at the end of ur 4th semester,u are awarded ur M.Tech degree. Duration-2 years.
MS/ M.engg abroad is thesis/research based. In ur 1st year,u'll have to decide which discipline u'll be researching on & u'll be allotted a guide. Once an MS student(designated as a research scholar) is done with his/her 1st year,he/she will have no more classes.The research scholar then actively pursues his/her thesis and is expected to come out with a research paper.
Duration-1.5 to 3 years
The cost factor is important here as MS abroad are very expensive.
