Hello Shubhra,
Yes, you are eligible for CSIR NET exam. As you have done M.Sc in biotechnology, you can appear for CSIR NET Chemical Sciences or Life Sciences. If you want to go for JRF exam, then make sure that your age is not more than 28 years and you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks. Or if you want to apply for the position of an assistant professor, you can apply anytime as there is no upper age limit. But you have to fulfil the educational requirement.

Yes, there are chances of placement but not much. For tech support profiles in top BPOs, there are a number of profiles. But again, they hire those with good technical and non-technical skills. I would say you can try Amity, Lovely Professional University, SRM University wherein you will have better chances to get placed in non BPO profiles.
