It's very nice to know about your dreams of doing PG in Canada even many years after you have completed your graduation. Canada indeed desires that students from other countries should come and study. Your experience will also be useful in achieving your dreams. But going abroad for studying higher education has many nuances. Hence I would strongly advise you to approach an agency that deals with sending students to Canada.
