You must give IELTS and GRE. For IELTS aim for a 7.5 band, and for GRE you must score Higher than 320.

Hi,
You can apply. I think they require around 60% minimum for admission, there is no specification on backlogs so I can't say if they will consider or not, but you cleared them and also Bristol is not a very highly competitive university so there are a few chances.

Publication and some paperwork is highly recommended. Further the requirements vary from university to university.
