A graduate degree (Hons) in the biology stream with relevant subjects & an aggregate of 55% marks.
Of the total intake, 60% seats are filled on the merit basis, while 40% seats are filled on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance examination conducted by the University of Delhi.

Minimum eligibility to apply: 50%
Additional details: Mandatory courses BPT, B.Sc (Occupational Therapy), and MBBS
Candidates who have studied BOT/B.Sc OT/B.Sc in exercise and sports science from a recognised university are also eligible.

MBA is suggested, but I doubt without work experience and with three years Bachelor's degree, if you will be eligible in Canada. There are some universities for fresher's, but you have to be very careful with their recognition and career support. PG Diploma suits you, but in the long run MBA will be better and anywhere in the world.

Yes, provided it is MCI approved. If you plan to practice in India later, you must clear MCI screening test for which your foreign university must have been recognized by MCI. You can check MCI website.
