Hi, on what basis do I comment, if you are eligible? You need to mention your academic percentage etc. Alternatively, check if you have more than 75% in your B.Tech, have excellent projects, certifications, awards, publications, IELTS and German language proficiency scores etc.

Hi, for international students obtaining a full scholarship is extremely difficult to get especially for Masters. Top universities such as MIT offers need-based scholarship however they are extremely competitive. Check for education loans from Indian banks.

Yes, of course you can get admission in Canada. But, you might not get admitted in a top ranked College. You will have to build your profile and a strong application to get admitted in a good college. I am curious, why do you particularly want to go to Canada only?

Hi Deepanshu, admission is possible and many students change to computer Science after ECE. However, you must always check with the university. Please first write to them. Admissions will also depend a lot on how you explain the University of your Change, ask yourself why you want to study CS. What are your career goals after Masters?
