The eligibility to pursue design:
One needs to pass 12th class with a minimum of 50% marks. The process of admission to design is through an entrance examination. This is known as Common Entrance Examination for Design UCEED it is conducted by IIT Mumbai every year. Reputed institutes conduct their own entrance exams. Top colleges are:

You won't get immediately after graduating. You must find a relevant job first and actually perform well, have good career growth. After a couple of years, i.e. 5-8 years you can apply for PR. It also depends on the market demand, you should be aware of labour shortage and professions in demand and show your relevancy.

There are many factors which can influence your decision like your academic grades, your budget, language barrier, etc. If you are academically strong you can check top universities in US and UK, they have the best universities. Canada is also a very good option.
