Yes, one of the best sectors in Canada. However, admission may be difficult with 65%. You have to check the admission requirements on university websites, prepare a very strong SOP and also the recommendation letters must be outstanding.

Hi,
It is not possible to mention a college name, every country has hundreds of colleges with different entry requirement, you did not mention your academic grades either. You may for now refer to this list for the course and country options:

Admission requirements differ from university to university. If you meet the requirements and have a good profile you will secure a place. Majority of the universities will require GMAT or GRE and/or work experience.

Generally, they require graduates in laboratory medicine, biomedical or biological sciences or medicine. Since you have work experience they may consider you. I will advise you to email the admissions office of RMIT and check with them personally.

It is very difficult in Canada but you can check with the universities and if they see your prior education fit with their credit norms you can be admitted. Also, admission into MS programs in Canada is very competitive.

I don't see any reason why you won't be considered as a graduate. However, for most Maharashtra programs universities require work experience so it will be wise for you to check the entry requirements on university websites.
