Hi,
Yes, chances are very good with your grades. However, your overall admission package will matter at the time of admission and also on how competitive the university is. You must also take the IELTS.

Hi Joban,
Admission chances are low with your IELTS score. Typically for PG level programs an IELTS score of 6.5 with no section less than 6. You may check for English language bridge courses offered by the universities/colleges though. Admissions will also majorly depend on your academic percentile.

Hi Aswinraj,
Germany is God sent country for engineers wanting to pursue core fields. With low living cost for students as well as zero tuition fee for visiting students, it makes Germany a good choice for pursuing your degree their. Hi Anvesh, firstly abroad is a very wide term which could represent any country. Secondly every country and every university has different admission requirements. Also the budget is different. So suggesting any abc university is not a good idea. Basis your grades however I can suggest you to check universities in Australia, New Zealand, France, The Netherlands etc. Also for Masters courses abroad an overall score of 6.5 in IELTS is required so perhaps a retake would be required. Hope it helped.
