In Jaipuria Institute of Managemnent, Noida mostly the marketing companies are the major recruiters. So the percentage of HR and IB companies which come to our institute offer an average package of 5 to 5.5 Lacs.

No point in doing MHRM as in job market there is no point on doing MHRM after an MBA. If you are planning for teaching or government career, MHRM in distance mode is not valid as AICTE does not approve any distance learning management program.

Hello,
TISS, Mumbai provides only a MA degree in HR and not MBA. Though it is considered equivalent to an MBA program and is ranked second best for pursuing HR after XLRI in India. So if you want to make a career in the HR field, then TISS is a great option.

If you are looking for a career in the corporate world than MBA (in HR) is the best option. As it deals with a business aspect of HR. People management, employee management, and recruitment/counseling are some of the common subjects in MBA (HR).
MSW (HR) is more of fundamentals of human management. If you are looking to join an NGO or social welfare organization than MSW (HR) is a better option.

Hi Ayushi,
You can expect yearly package of Rs. 5 lakh after doing MBA HR from BIMM Pune. The package I mention will vary according to the candidate performance also company to company on the economic trend going on. As you have two years experience with Infosys you have a better chance to emerge as a vibrant HR for corporate.
