If you are looking for MBA from Pune University, the basic requirement is a Bachelor's degree and you have to attempt competitive exams like CET, MAT, CMAT and CAT. Most of the students come from CAT and CET. After you're done with your exams then the admission process starts where you have to select a college and in the second year you have to pick a subject and that could be finance, HR or marketing and most of the universities follow the same pattern. Marketing and HR.
Like you mentioned, you are just a beginner, so first skill for any stream you should develop is communication skills, later negotiation skill also play an important role in HR and marketing.
For finance, you should have grasp over your concept and calculations.
I would suggest, go for marketing in Amity Business School.
