In the first year, you will study the general MBA courses. In the second year, you will study subjects specific to HR like compensation, policy making, HR consulting, about labor laws and unions, and about recruitment.

Hi,
Master's degree means deep understanding and specializing in a particular stream. MBA is a vast and real field. It provides exposure to business management in HR or any other domain. MBA is the beginning to know about business administration.

The scope of MBA HR is he has to handle all aspects pertaining to human resources in the company. These include recruiting, training, team building, performance updates, employee policy, salary, benefits and increments, employee health and safety as well as staff amenities. In a small company, she/he is required to handle all human resources issues, while in a large organization with an HR department; the manager is allocated only certain responsibilities.
The fees structure is varies from institute to institute.

PUMBA is a pretty decent college for pursuing HR with an average package of around Rs 4-5 lakhs per annum. The faculty members are also very experienced and good.
Hope this answers your query.

Hi Aditi,
As present market situation for last few years, purchasing power of buyers market suffering much. So, it is better to go to HR through higher level of CAT. Always check the in hand salary/take home salary not CTC annual package.
Feel free to write me.

Hi,
I would like to add one thing. Choose HR with higher CAT/XAT score only as HR is not a 'profit making' part in the organizations, due to volatile market MNCs are not entertaining this profile. Only a higher CAT score can ensure a sustainable profile with good in hand salary.

You should opt for MBA in aviation instead of MBA in HR. It has a good scope too. You will get high salary and good growth prospects.
Thank you.
