No, candidates are not allowed to get direct admission to the MBBS course at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences. This university is a government university. It was established by the Punjab Government in 1998. Thus, the provision of direct admission or enrollment by donation is not permitted in government universities. Hence, to get into the MBBS course, candidates are required to complete all the admission processes stated by the university.

No, you cannot get admission to M.S. Ramaiah Medical College for the MBBS course without NEET. As per regulations by the National Medical Commission (NMC), NEET UG is a mandatory entrance examination for all MBBS admissions in India, including those under private and NRI quotas. While "direct admission" might refer to management/NRI quota seats, even these require a valid NEET UG score to be eligible for counseling and admission.
