GMC Amritsar - A good option or not?

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable with excellent teaching quality. The curriculum is also relevant to the syllabus and makes teaching more effective and easier for students as well as teachers. There are yearly exams for each subject, and they are easy to pass.

Really best college in Mohali.

Faculty: Faculty members at my college were well-qualified and supportive. Most professors had either a Ph.D. or industry experience. They explained concepts clearly and were approachable outside class hours as well. Some professors were strict, but overall they care about student learning. The curriculum was up-to-date with current industry trends, especially in the final years. It included both theoretical and practical subjects. In computer science, we had subjects like data structures, DBMS, operatio...

I'm absolutely dissatisfied with the mess food and the studies, as there's no care for the future.

Faculty: All are qualified. Mediocre exams are there in each semester, and we could clear them by studying. 60% of students pass. The teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. However, some teachers who work as librarian or in accounting just think themselves the most superior, and I hate that.

Real colors of DMC&H, college of nursing, Ludhiana, Malakpur.

Faculty: Faculty rarely gives high assessment marks; unlike other colleges where you can score up to 22 or 23 out of 25, here you’ll usually get around 19 or 20 at most. Students are often used as unpaid labor in the hospital, leaving them too exhausted to focus on their studies, which leads to failing exams. The environment can be toxic, and many students here suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, and depression, often requiring psychiatric medication. Some teachers mentally harass students to the point w...

College is good and excellent performance in nearby areas.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is good. Sports meets and games are also involved every week. That much not difficult but if the teachers are good it will be easy for us. If you are interested in teaching after B.Sc. then college also permits the students to teach in our college.

The best college if you want to have more clinical exposure.

Faculty: The faculty of the nursing college is great. It has a library that has a lot of competitive books for your future. Most of the faculty are Ph.D. holders. My honest review about my college.

Faculty: Faculty members were really good and had completed their PG degrees. They were always supportive and were updated with the latest technology. The ratio of faculty to students was 1:10. Faculty used various methods to teach and make the sessions more interesting. The course offered many specialisations to choose from. Exams were conducted semester-wise. We had practical sessions, internals, assignments, case studies, end-term papers, etc. The course was good and focused more on diseases and the t...

Really good infrastructure and facilities. Faculty was great.

Faculty: Teachers were really helpful and highly qualified. They made learning interesting and easy. There was no semester system. Final exams were conducted annually. 50% was required to pass the exams. The difficulty level of the exams was moderate. There were about 100 seats available every year. The admission process was done on the basis of the NEET UG entrance exam. BDS and MS courses were there. The fee structure was about 5 LPA.

My review about Dayanand Medical College and Hospital.

Faculty: The teachers of DMCH are highly qualified and well-experienced. They are always supportive and understanding towards their students. The profession involved great hard work and effort, but it was necessary to get used to the demands of the field initially. Faculty members, with their excellent subject knowledge, created a learning environment that made it possible for students to adapt. Exams were taken semester-wise. We had practical sessions, internals, assignments, case studies, end-term pape...

Best medical college for new found freedom after NEET.

Faculty: Its a professional degree, there is no spoon-feeding, you have to study on your own, some professors are very good, and everyone is available if you have doubts. The demand for doctors is never reducing, so the course relevance is very much there. We have informative exams and half-yearly exams but they are not counted in the report card, only the professional exams at the end of each year carry the whole weightage, those are tough yet manageable. You need to secure a minimum 40% in theory exams...

Balanced academic experience with good Ayurvedic exposure and decent infrastructure.

Faculty: Faculty members at Saraswati Ayurved Hospital and Medical College are generally qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive. Most teachers hold postgraduate degrees in their respective fields and bring both theoretical and practical expertise to the classroom. They are approachable and often assist students beyond classroom hours. The teaching quality is satisfactory, with a focus on both classical Ayurvedic concepts and modern interactive approaches. Practical sessions, case discussions, and clini...
