Yes, there is an entrance examination for both MBA or MCA as candidates willing to pursue MCA courses are required to qualify the entrance exam conducted at the national/ state or by the University.
However, there are some popular colleges/universities that conduct their own entrance test to shortlisted eligible candidates for the course. In case of MCA admission, the candidates have to appear for the entrance exams.

Yes you can join MCA if you had not math subject in 12th. Other is depend on university most of the university have compulsory Math subject for MCA. So, you have search about university then join as per your comfort. If you really wants to do MCA then I would suggest you to join some institute for learning computer programming language and appear for additional Maths of 10+2 from any examination board or you can also do 1 year Diploma like PGDCA A-level from DOEACC etc. Then only you will be eligible to do MCA.

First of all, Delhi University takes admission for the MCA programme on the basis of the entrance exam, DUET (which is conducted by itself at Delhi University), not through CUET-PG. A Master of Computer Application MCA is a two-year degree course. Eligibility Criteria: Pass 10+2 with a grade point average of 60 percent. The university has provided relief in the annual exam for special category candidates. Students need to have a UG degree in Math and Science as a compulsory subject in exams, either from DU or any other recognised university. I hope this will help you.
