Hi Vinay,
Some of the best universities in Europe for MS in mechanical engineering include Universities of Cambridge, Oxford and Manchester, Imperial College - London, RWTH Aachen University - Germany, ETH Zurich - Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, KTH, Royal Institute of Technology Sweden among others. Please bear in mind that these are the competitive universities and high grades are required. I will advise you to refer to the ranking tables such as QS and Economic Times for subject wise university ranks.
I hope this helps.

Hello Repudaman,
Both are respectable universities. You can also consider Simob Fraser, University of Waterloo and Mc Master University for mechanical engineering. You must check the websites for admission deadlines. Most deadlines have ended by now, you can have some deadlines open till April but that's a rare case. Please check the university websites immediately for admission deadlines and other requirements.
Regards

They do not have any direct relationship. As long as you like human resource management, you should have no issues.

If you are in any job, then I would suggest you to go for distance engineering course.
For mechanical branch, IME and AMIE are good.
Rest, KSOU also provides distance engineering.

It depends upon you in which field you have more interest. But, I will suggest you for mechanical engineering because it is an evergreen field. Aeronautical has also good scopes but it doesn't have demand like mechanical engineering. Mechanical has more scope for future.

There are 2 options to pursue mechanical engineering.
1. After 10th you can join diploma in mechanical engineering and completion of same you can take admission in 2nd year of engineering.
2. After 12th give entrance exams for IIT or NIT and get admissions, else you can get admitted in government colleges on basis of 12th.
