If you want to do M.Sc in Physics, you will have to give entrance examination conducted by many universities in Rajasthan. Rajasthan University conducts the entrance exam. So, you should try for qualifying this examination. But you are not eligible.

We need to know which year you are currently, if you are still studying you can learn and clear your backlog. If it is unavoidable you still have a lot of course short term provided by many colleges for gaining experience and also gaining job you get into any one of them and do a course and earn a fortune, further you need to plan and act accordingly.

First, having a diploma in mechanical engineering is great for current job trends in Indian market as mechanical industry needs people with machining skill set and strong basics, which you possess as you have done these things in your diploma course.
Further you can try in any of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) company for a post of trainee or operator of different machines/ fabrication, etc. You can also try in government sector by doing a course in ITI, first gain experience, then do your Bachelors as it would help you to grow in the sector in terms of income and also the ranking / profile would change easily.

Yes, you can take admission in M.Sc (Computer Science), M.Sc (Information Technology), MCA (Master of Computer Application) etc. after completion of your B.Tech (Mechanical). See, every college has different eligibility criteria. So, you need to find the best institute where you will get admission. I would refer you some top colleges where you can get quality education and better job placements. You can find the rest of details from their websites:-

Hi Harsha,
Many Public Universities in Germany do not have tuition fees, making MS rather economical. However, you have to look into the cost of living which would be around 10 lakhs per annum (including the semester fee, health insurance, accommodation, and all). As for your other queries, there are courses taught in English language too.
