The cutoff trend for BTech at JSS Science and Technology University has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for BTech. under general category for all India quota was 41658. In 2023, it increased to 42285. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 41658 to 42285 for OBC 41658 to 42285 for SC 41658 to 42285 for ST 41658 to 42285 for EWS 41658 to 42285 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the general category under All India, the opening rank was 12484 and the closing rank was 14404. Cut off are different regarding other categories or female candidates and even the domicile of the home state. In All India, the opening and closing rank for female candidates was 3884 and 21510. Admission to B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bhilai - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category they apply while checking for cut-offs.

For 2023, the cut-off was 14404 for General category candidates in the All India quota for BTech in Mechanical Engineering in IIT Bhilai - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in the general category under the All India quota, 21510 was the closing rank. BTech cut-off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Mechanical engineering is the study, design, development, construction, and testing of mechanical and thermal sensors and devices, including tools, engines, and machines. I would say LPU is better for mechanical engineering based on the following point.LPU is good for Mechanical and automobile engineering. Good placements in a core company as well as a software company. Other than participating in different events like a go-kar.

COMEDK Round 2, has been released for admission to the BTech courses. As per AIEMS - Amruta Institute of Engineering & Management Sciences COMEDK cutoff 2023, the Round 2 closing rank was 74519 for General category candidates in All India quota for Mechanical Engineering. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.
