Career options after both software and mechanical engineering degrees are equally good. Mechanical engineering is an evergreen branch of engineering with not much changes in market demand in last 50 years. Software industry has started showing sign of decline in India. Therefore, based on market forecast, I will like to recommend Mechanical engineering over software engineering.

Hi Omkar,
Sorry to inform you but diplomas from India are not accepted for admissions in German universities. However, you can still apply but after completing one of the following
1. Clear IIT JEE Advanced
or
2. Complete the first year of a bachelor degree program in India.
Or you can try other countries if you don't wish to invest another year.

Hello Abhijit,
To get admission in any engineering college of Maharashtra barring perhaps IIT - B and VNIT – Nagpur is through MHT-CET. Hence, you need to appear for this entrance exam, if you want to get admission in Symbiosis.
