There are many career options for Diploma in engineering students (Mechanical engineering). Either, you can get government job. There is a demand of Diploma engineering students in private sector too.

Germany universities do not accept Indian diplomas. You can enrol into a Bachelor degree program and complete your first year with very good academic grades before applying for a Bachelor degree in Germany. Or apply for Bachelor degree programs in other countries like Australia, Canada or NZ.

Saskatchewan University offers a PG Diploma in mechanical engineering, you may pursue this course, it is also relevant to your education. You can check for more programs on the university website and also check the admission requirements.

Yes, it will create a problem. How can you do regular course without attending any class? You can do any course through distance mode. If you will show both your study & work experience at a time, it will create a problem.
