Saskatchewan University offers a PG Diploma in mechanical engineering, you may pursue this course, it is also relevant to your education. You can check for more programs on the university website and also check the admission requirements.

There are 2 sub categories in Mechanical engineering- automotive and automobile engineering. When it comes to Canada job market, Armoire is not an industry wherein there's a lot of scope for automotive engineering. Also, industrial design have a lot of scope. If you wish to pursue industrial design, please let me know. I'll shortlist a few options for you.

Yes, it will create a problem. How can you do regular course without attending any class? You can do any course through distance mode. If you will show both your study & work experience at a time, it will create a problem.
