Mathematics: Analytical Geometry, Complex Numbers, Differential Calculus, Matrices and Determinants Sequence and Series Theory of Equation, Trigonometry and Vector Algebra. There will be three levels- NEE 1, NEE 2, and NEE 3. Students can appear in any of the three according to their required course and eligibility. Mode of Examination: Online
Number of Questions:
1- For NEE 1
No of questions: 125
2- For NEE 2
No of questions: 115-130
3- For NEE 3
No of questions: 50-130
Maximum Marks: 150 marks
Duration of Exam: 3 hours
Sections in Paper: 3 - 4
NERIST NEE 2023 Marking Scheme
1- For all those questions having a weightage of 1 Mark:
For every correct answer, you will score 1 mark. For every wrong answer, 1/4 mark you will lose.
2- For all those questions having a weightage of 2 Mark:

Students appearing for NERIST Entrance Examination need to make sure that they are not more than 23 years as on July 31, 2023, for the student of General category, 26 years, born on or after August 1, 1995, for OBC, and female applicants, and 28 years for Schedule Tribe, SC/PD born on or after August 1, 1989. Students must have passed 10+2 with Chemistry Physics and Math, Biology as the main subjects. Those seeking an entry through the NERIST Entrance Vocational exam must have passed 10+2 (Vocational), ITI, NERIST Certificate in any one of the branches- Agricultural Engineering,

NERIST conducts the exam in three different levels- NEE-I, NEE-II, and NEE-III for different modules I. e. Base Certificate Diploma and Degree modules of Technology Stream and 4 years Degree in Forestry. Admission in NERIST is done on merit basis as per the Institute regulations under various reservation categories.
