Yes, your daughter can get a seat in accessory design in Bangalore. If not in the first round of counselling, please go for the 2nd round as she will surely get one.

It is possible that you can get admission in NIFT colleges. Please don't leave hope. If you don't get admission in first round, then apply for second round.

There are fairly high chances that you can get NIFT, Delhi.
Check last merit rank admitted in 2017 at http://nift.ac.in
The difference in domicile and general is that if there is any NIFT center in your city, then you will get a little advantage of that under OBC domicile.

Bachelor's degree course is 4 year programme. The fee structure is INR 2.47 LPA (excluding Hostel fees) and it increases by 10% every year.

Yes, you can get fashion designing. Please check last merit rank admitted in 2017 at http://nift.ac.in. You may not get the top 5 colleges but still you can go for 2nd round of counselling. All the best for your admission.
