The ideal number of years for a PhD are 3-5 years. While a 3-5 years of PhD prepares an individual to start their careers early, ahead of others. This time is also considered enough to conduct and conclude any experimental research for bringing out the desired PhD results for the presentation of thesis.

There are several important steps in the application process for the Ph.D. (Law) Research Centre and A.K.K. New Law Academy. Candidates must first confirm that they fulfil the requirements for eligibility, which include earning at least 45% of the possible points in their undergraduate degree for the LL.B. program. After that in order to be admitted, candidates must register for the MH CET Law exam. Exam dates for the three-year LL.B. programme are set for March 20–21 2025.
