Generally speaking, no, Mathematics is not an often required subject for admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) programs in India. The two main subjects that are required to be admitted into BPharm courses are typically Physics, Chemistry and at minimum either Biology or Mathematics. 

The eligibility criteria can differ between universities and states, while some may allow candidates with either Biology or Mathematics in their Class 12 examinations.

Yes Class 12 marks are very important in India for getting B Pharmacy and some other diploma courses.

Also it good to check rules of college you want to join. Some colleges look at both Class 12 marks and entrance exam but some may focus more on one thing than other.

Yes, students can do Pharmacy courses online. Many good colleges now give online Pharmacy courses, so students can get degree or certificate from home. Online courses are flexible and easy, not like normal classroom. Some online Pharmacy courses are like this:
