Many state governments have accepted equivalence of diploma with 12th. Hence on the basis of diploma you can seek admission in first year of any branch after of course following due process. Question of eligibility will arise if you are seeking admission in second year via lateral admission process. Here you need to refer to the particular University for getting clarity since many Universities follow different paths.

Yes, you can, but in order to become a graphic designer, you need to have a creative mind and good drawing skills.

First you will go to NIOS to obtain a 12th certificate by transfering 3 subjects from ITI and take another 3 subjects from NIOS to appear for the exam. Then in 1 year, you will get your 12th certificate and apply all UG progrmme of India.

Ganga Technical Campus is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. The fee for B.Tech is Rs. 60,610/- per annum.

You can pursue B.Sc but you have to start it from first year there is no provision for direct second year.
After diploma you can pursue direct second year engineering.
