Studies are good at amity university Noida. The faculty is good and kind of strict in case of attendance. Exceptions are everywhere, most faculty which are not from the domain and are given some other subject to teach, you'll obviously face a problem in that. That happens with subjects like mathematics, electrical engineering, biostatistics, chem engineering in biotech domain. You can ask the faculty for personal attention or doubt solving session. Or can take tuitions for that.

The cutoff for PGIMER releases for different categories and candidates who will qualify the PGIMER exam are eligible to participate in the seat allotment process. During the counselling process, candidates have to provide their preferences and will be granted admission on the basis of PGIMER rank. For General (Open) and Deputy/Sponsored candidates the cutoff (percentile) is 55 and for SC, ST, OBC, OPH, Rural Areas, and Foreign Nationals candidates the cutoff is 50. However, it is the minimum percentile cutoff that is mandatory to secure by every candidate, and the previous year PGIMER cutoff rank.

Applicants need to have accomplished a B.Sc. Nursing or Post-Basic programme from an institution approved by PGIMER, Chandigarh, and the Indian Nursing Council with a minimum of 55% in order to be considered for the M.Sc. Nursing program at PGIMER Chandigarh. Other than this, the admission to M.Sc at PGIMER, Chandigarh is on the basis of the score obtained in PGIMER Entrance exam. The minimum marks for each year varies as per the seat aloocation and no of applicants,thus, it is advisable to visit the official website to have a detailed insight on the minimum marks required for M.Sc at PGIMER in 2023.

PGIMER Chandigarh offers a total of 13 courses under its B.Sc program. Each of the courses has a different seat intake as per the demand and seat availability. The total seat intake for B.Sc as per the reseources as 182 seats. Thus, a total to 182 students can do B.Sc at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research. 93 seats for B.Sc Nursing with five seats reserved for PWD.

In terms of placements, the institute has a remarkable record. The 2022 placement rate for PG (2-year) and PG (3-year) courses stood at 56% and 83%, respectively. When comparing the last three years' statistics (2020 to 2022), a fluctuating trend was observed in the percentage of PG (2-year) students placed, whereas, an improving trend was recorded in PG (3-year) placement rate.
