Yes, if you belong to Andhra Pradesh and want to take admission in NIT, there are quite less chances for you to get a seat in any of the remaining branches in last rounds.

Getting a seat is very difficult at this rank. Further, not appearing in practical exam may also a big issue during the counselling and admission process.

No, it is not necessary. Until you get a seat, no need to report. You also do not have to do anything other than to wait for further round cutoff.

There are no direct payment seats in AU. You have to write the common entrance test conducted by government of AP or AUCET or AUEET, which is conducted by AU according to your course study.

Yes, you can get admission in SASTRA with this percentile and 12th marks. There are less chances for you to get admission in branches like CSE, IT, ECE but if you belong to Tamil Nadu you are likely to get any of the branch.
