Well, there is a slim chance to get a seat in PES University but not in your desired branch. Maybe you can get it after attending the 2nd round of counselling.

With 3426 rank, it's not possible to get admission in any of the NITs as there are only around 559 seats in all NITs. For a general category student to get a seat in any of the NITs, his/her AIR should be less than 1000.

You may get a seat through management quota and exempted from university entrance exam since you have attempted CAT.

Hello, your category JEE Main rank is very high. With that rank you will surely not get a seat in any government Colleges for engineering in whole India.
