There is no core company for mechatronics engineer in SRM, so placement is not good for mechatronics.
If placed you may get a package of Rs 3 to Rs 4 lakhs per annum in a software company.

Yes, SRM is a good college. Automobile engineering in SRM has better placement opportunities. It has a number of competitive teams which are sponsored by SRM. To join SRM you need to have PCM with 65%.

Hello Javaid,
The tuition fee per annum for aerospace engineering at SRM University is Rs 3,75,000/-.
You need to pay additional fees if you require transport or hostel facilities.The hostel fee would range from Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,54,000 depending on your requirements. The transport fee is around Rs 50,000/- per annum.

JIIT, Noida is better than SRM, VIT, KIIT, and Manipal. But the choice depends on the factors you judge these colleges.
If you are looking for the best option in Northern India, then JIIT is much better than the available choices.

It just depends on you. My answer may shock you, but this is the fact. Ok, now let me explain you, why I said like that.
First, let's start with SRM, it's the topmost private college in Tamil Nadu. You can see people from different countries and states. It's known for its luxury environment and culture. If you SRM, you can completely enjoy your college life and, of course, they have good placements too.
