No, only institute under Mumbai, Pune and other state universities have such provisions. You need to contact the SRMofficials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Dear Jibran, SRM Chennai is good option to opt for, since university is almost 25year old , with that campus is good faculties are good so as placements and industry interaction.

yeah , SRM offers scholarship for engineering but it depends upon your track record like 10th & 12th class percentage and SRM University Score Card.

I feel NIT and VIT are far better than SRM and Satyabama . But only NIT Trichy , NIT Warangal and NIT Suratkal are better than VIT. VIT is ranked far better than all the other NITs.
