The courses that you can get are biotechnology, biomedical, genetic engineering, aerospace engineering, civil, chemical, automobile, electronics and instrumentation, and nanotechnology.
You have low chances of getting mechanical, mechatronics, computer science engineering and software engineering. These are some of which I know.

Since, they have released only the ranks, you must wait till the counselling dates. If you are called for counselling then please attend it and try your luck.
If you get admission, you cannot get the desired course but the chances are less or you have no chance.

Ramapuram campus is better but when compared to the main campus of SRM, it is not at all worthy. The main campus is better in terms of placements, education as well as exposure.
But, if you study at Ramapuram campus, you can get placed but it will not be equal to that of studying at the main campus.

SRM is better than KIIT in many aspects.
