I think VIT University would be the best option among KIIT SRM. Placements are relatively very good for a campus that is just 10 years old. Being a Computer Science student, the average package for this subject was 16 lakhs per annum for CS. All the students who SAT for placements (some students go for higher studies) got decent jobs. Considering the fact that they take around 15 lac fees for the complete 4 year course, the placements offered are decent but not at par with some of the leading IITs such as Bombay, Delhi and Kanpur. For getting a admission in SRM for engineering SRMJEE is enough. If you rank is high in SRMJEE exam you can get scholarships in college.

For pursuing B.Sc in CS/IT you need science stream in your 12th without it you are not eligible for B.Sc because B.Sc CS includes maths, computer and physics as main subjects.

Yes, you are eligible.
The eligibility is Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Physics/ Statistics /Electronics or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
B.Tech./BE degree holders in Computer Science/Informational Technology are also eligible for M.Sc. IT course.
