The 3 stages in which the SSC GD exam held are:

STAGE 1: SSC GD Computer-Based Exam

The SSC changed the exam pattern for the SSC GD Computer-Based Exam (CBE) in 2022.

The changes are- Each question has been assigned two marks instead of one. There has been an increase in the maximum score from 100 to 160. The number of questions has been reduced from 100 to 80. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is responsible for the SSC GD exam and also prescribes the SSC GD exam pattern.

The SSC changed the exam pattern for the SSC GD Computer-Based Exam (CBE) in 2022 in terms of time duration, the number of questions, the total marks assigned to each question and the negative marking associated with the incorrect answers.

Hello Candidate,

Hope you are in good health!

Yes, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) releases the SSC GD cutoff for all stages of the exam. The cut-off is released for the first two stages i.e. Computer-Based Examination (CBE) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST). The remaining phases of the SSC GD selection procedure serve solely as qualifying stages. The cutoff is released separately for different categories (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and ESM) and each state.

We hope this was helpful.

Thank you

SSC GD cut-off 2024 will be released by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) along with the results. The SSC CGD cut off is generally released within two months of the conduct of the exam. The SSC GD cut-off marks 2024 of the Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination, 2024 will be released force-wise, category-wise and gender-wise. The high difficulty level of the paper implies a low cutoff even when the number of vacancies is low. The easy paper will mean a high cutoff even when the vacancies are large.

The SSC GD cut-off 2024 will be available here on Shiksha
