The admit card for the SSC GD Constable exam will be released a week to five days prior to the examination. Candidates can go and download the admit card for their region through the regional website of SSC .
It is a must for candidates to carry their admit card to the examination centre. If failed, they'll not be granted entry in the centre.

The exam day guidelines for SSC GD Constable exam are given below:
- Report on time at the exam centre on the exam day
- Carry the SSC GD admit card to the exam centre along with their recent passport-size photograph and one valid photo-ID proof - PAN Card/ Passport/ Permanent Driving Licence/ Voter's Card
- Use of electronic gadgets, calculators, books, notebooks, written notes, pagers are not allowed during the exam
