Your question is very ambiguous. There are many free universities in Germany, all very competitive. It is best you check the DAAD website for options.

Why do you think you need to improve your English? Is it just because you live in a village? If yes, then you have to boost your confidence rather than your English skills. But if no, then you have to think which part is lacking, is it your grammar or spoken English or both? If it is spoken English then you should watch more online videos on spoken English from YouTube, spend some time in a local internet cafe if you don't have a connection at home but if you feel you are lacking in your grammar as well then I would suggest you go for a professional TOEFL or IELTS training program in any nearby town. Take practice tests and revise

Hi RIya, there are many options for a humanities student like English Literature, political Science, History, Social Science, Education and Teaching, Journalism etc. Social Sciences and Education has good demand in Canada. What is best for you, you have to decide this, you must know your own capabilities and aptitude, take out time to know what you want and decide. You can see here for course options

Also Riya, since many universities do not accept three year Bachelor degree in Canada you have to check university websites for details.
