In comparison, there are 306 private-owned BEd colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The total number of BEd colleges in the state, including both government and private, is 412.

The fee for B.Ed at Adichunchanagiri University is INR 50,000/- per annum. Students must check the minimum eligibility and selection criteria before applying for the course. The application form is available for download on the official portal of the university affiliated college. Students must pay the application fee online and check all the documents required for application on the official portal of the college. The receipt and the copies of relevant documents must be attached to the application form at the time od submission of the application form.

For the APEdCET entrance test, there is no specific qualifying score for the General English section; instead, candidates must achieve a minimum aggregate qualifying score of 25% (which rounds to 38 marks for the general category) of the total marks in the entire exam to be ranked. Candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities do not need to meet this minimum aggregate qualifying mark to be ranked.

No, the Andhra Pradesh EdCET exam syllabus is not based on the 12th class syllabus. Instead, the syllabus is divided into three parts: General English, General Knowledge & Teaching Aptitude, and a chosen Subject-Specific Methodology. The subject-specific methodology questions cover topics from the candidate's undergraduate degree, not their 12th-grade coursework.
