No, after having your masters completed and having the degree certificate of your masters, you can able to give UGC NET exam.

Hi,
Congratulations for completing Masters' in pharma. As per the eligibility criteria of UGC NET Exam, you must have completed the postgraduation with minimum 55% aggregate marks and you got higher than this. So, you can apply for the UGC NET Exam. Hi Aqsa,
The final year candidates are allowed to appear in UGC NET examination. However, they need to have their final year mark sheet at the time of getting the NET Certificate. The minimum eligibility for UGC NET Exam is post graduation degree and the candidates can apply in their post-graduation subject or its related subject.
