No, after having your masters completed and having the degree certificate of your masters, you can able to give UGC NET exam.

Hi Jigar,
As you have completed the M.Com, you are definitely eligible to apply for UGC NET. The UGC NET exam is an opportunity for the candidates who want to become a lecturer or assistant professor at the university level and junior research fellowship. The eligibility for the UGC NET is that minimum educational qualification is post-graduation degree from the recognised university. There is max age limit of 30 years for JRF while no age limit for the lectureship. Check the official notification to know more about the UGC NET eligibility criteria, also visit here:

Hi,
Congratulations for completing Masters' in pharma. As per the eligibility criteria of UGC NET Exam, you must have completed the postgraduation with minimum 55% aggregate marks and you got higher than this. So, you can apply for the UGC NET Exam. Firstly I want to tell you that the subject you selected for UGC NET must be selected on basis of your potential. Choose the subject according to your interest this will help you to clear all subjects as good and not to feel regret after selected suggestive subjects. And other thing is eligibility for UGC NET
You must be completed your post graduation at least 55%. NET subjects are:-
1. Political Science
2. Social work
3. Economics
4. Philosophy
5. Management
6. History
7. Sociology.

Hi Leen,
The percentage required to clear UGC NET JRF is 55% for general category without rounding off. There are three rounds in it.
The minimum for paper-1 is 40% and paper-2 is 50%, so the total should be 90/200. It includes paper-1 and 2.
For paper-3, it is 90/200.

Hi Ashvini,
The minimum eligibility for the UGC NET exam is post-graduation degree from the recognised university with more than 55% marks. However the final year in post graduation candidates are also eligible to apply for the UGC NET exam. The final-year candidates if qualifies the exam, they will be eligible to get the NET Certificate after the successful completion of the exam. Sure you're eligible for NET in the subject of management. After clearing the NET you're basically eligible for working in any private/government college as assistant professor before that you need to have some years of work experience in teaching in any colleges for government college Asst. Prof job.

Hi Aqsa,
The final year candidates are allowed to appear in UGC NET examination. However, they need to have their final year mark sheet at the time of getting the NET Certificate. The minimum eligibility for UGC NET Exam is post graduation degree and the candidates can apply in their post-graduation subject or its related subject.

Hello Gopinathan, A student who has Masters degree in Ecology can apply for CSIR NET Life Sciences exam, not eligible for UGC NET exam. And who has completed post graduation in Environmental Sciences is eligible for the UGC NET exam. Candidate can appear for UGC NET Environmental Science and also apply for CSIR NET Earth Sciences exam. To appear for the both exams candidates must have fulfill all the requirements of the exam.
