Yes, you can apply for UGC NET environmental sciences. But, make sure you have minimum 55% aggregate marks (for general category) or 50% aggregate marks (for SC/ST/PwD/OBC categories). As per the eligibility criteria for JRF, your age must not be more than 30 years and for assistant there is no restriction on age. For both JRF and assistant professor, there is no limits on number of attempts.

Hello Akash,
As you are MBA from finance, you can apply for UGC NET Commerce. Only you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria of UGC NET. As I think you have to choose that subject in which you have more interest. According to UGC you can apply for the exam on the basis of Masters' subject. According to your qualification you can apply for UGC NET Commerce, Economics and Management. I suggest you to choose subjects according to your interest. If you have done MSW, you would have to opt for Social Work as your subject in UGC NET 2018. A student who has completed MBA in HR and secured minimum 55% marks (for general category) or minimum 50% mark (for reserved as well as PWD i.e. persons with disability category) from a recognised university is eligible to apply for HR in NET (National Eligibility Test) exam.
Regards.
