These are some top universities for your reference.
For NET after MBA you must possess 55% marks at least. You need to fill the form for NET with some chargeable fees, then you can apply for exam.

Entrance Mode:
The top entrance exams for Master of Science in Botany are:
BHU Post Graduate Entrance Test: Held by Banaras Hindu University in May every year, it is a university level entrance test to take admission for Post Graduate programs at BHU. This test asks questions from Zoology, Chemistry and Botany.
Joint Entrance Test: Conducted every year by the University of Rajasthan in June, Joint Entrance Test is an entrance examination for admissions to postgraduate courses. Its syllabus covers Zoology, Chemistry and Botany.
SVUCET: This entrance examination is held in June every year by Sri Venkateswara University Common Entrance Test.

A gap is not an issue until and unless you know how to justify it in a job interview.
Chances are that the interviewer might ask you about the gap. You will have to be honest yet smart there.

As per public available documents Sunirise University Alwar is established under Sunrise University Act, 2011 (Act No. 25 of 2011) and recognized by University Grant Commission u/s 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956. Therefore, you are eligible to appear for NET examination after M.Sc.

M.Sc is a postgraduate degree for academics in many countries especially for the study of science whereas M.A. is awarded for the study of subjects such as languages (English, etc.) history, philosophy, geography, humanities, fine arts, social sciences, nursing, and also theology.
