Both the universities are good. At LPU it is an engineering course that articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology through lab practice and projects to gain knowledge in areas like Structural, Environmental, Highway Engineering, and Construction Management which are in sync with industry expectations. Hello Kruti India accepts candidates with a CAT score as low as that. I suggest you to aim for the other exams such as CMAT CET, etc.

The university requires a good GRE and TOFEL score. Apart from that a Statement of Purpose and Letter of recommendation is required.
