There are generally three intakes at the University of Houston which are Fall, Summer, and Spring. The Fall semester is the most popular one for international students. For the University of Houston PG courses, the deadlines are not all the same.

UG applicants can apply via Common App for admission to Houston University. Pay the application fee of USD 90 (Around INR 8k) when you submit the online application.
Then, submit the test scores and English language proficiency score
Also, submit the high school / secondary academic records (record of Class 9-12)
Then, check the application status
Next, receive the i-20. Also, students are required to submit a few other documents like passport id, financial documents, international address form, etc.

The University has an acceptance rate of around 74% for Indian students. In the previous years, the rate has remained in the range 65% - 75%. This suggests, the university is less selective.
Indian students are advised to maintain solid scores in past academics and prove English proficiency by attaining valid scores in tests such as IELTS or TOEFL.
