You can do PG Diploma or a graduate certificate course in the relevant field of your choice, a specialised course in areas like finance, marketing, human resources, international business, etc. Choose as per your interests.

It won't be easy to get into the second year. It will depend on the university's credit point requirements and if you have met them. Also, you completed your Bachelor's through distance and open learning so additional credit point requirements must be met. It is best that you write to universities in the USA and get a clarification.

Hi Navneet, to get the study visa you must be first accepted by an University in US, once you get the admission offer you can apply for the visa, it's called F1 visa. You can read this

Hi, without work experience options will be very limited, you must have an outstanding profile to be accepted by a good business school without work experience, you will also need a GMAT score, a very good score around 700 is recommended.
