Hi Sahil,
You can do PG Diploma or a graduate certificate course in the relevant field of your choice, a specialised course in areas like finance, marketing, human resources, international business, etc. Choose as per your interests.

Hi,
It won't be easy to get into the second year. It will depend on the university's credit point requirements and if you have met them. Also, you completed your Bachelor's through distance and open learning so additional credit point requirements must be met. It is best that you write to universities in the USA and get a clarification.

Hi, without work experience options will be very limited, you must have an outstanding profile to be accepted by a good business school without work experience, you will also need a GMAT score, a very good score around 700 is recommended. You can check the link below and see a wide variety of uniform tier 1to mediocre ones, check the entry requirements and prepare accordingly

Hi Manmeet, it is not difficult, the issue is that limited universities offer Spring admission. And post study internships etc are not offered. You should first clarify all these with the University you want to apply to and then decide.

You should apply for the PR of Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
Or you can also apply for free education in German.
All the best.

It is extremely difficult to get work visa in USA. Work visa restrictions are increasing day by day. Therefore, chances to get job in American Airlines and their readiness to sponsor your H1 visa are limited.
