If you want to study MS from Germany or the USA, you will have to appear for the international qualifying exam: GRE and maybe an English proficiency test if English was not the medium of instruction in your institute. Scholarships in the USA are merit based.You will be considered by a university for a scholarship at the time of application. If you are deserving they will award a scholarship. Some universities require an additional form. You can easily find this information on the university website.

Go step by step. First, you need to enroll into an university for your BBA. Complete your 12th with good scores, improve your overall profile and take the SAT and TOEFL to be considered for admission. MBA programs require not only a degree but also work experience therefore getting a job aftet BBA is the next thing for you.
